Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information reverts.io collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose: we collect the minimum needed to run a learning community, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
What we collect
When you create an account we store the details you give us — typically an email address and a display name. As you use the platform we store learning activity such as course progress and listening position so you can resume where you left off. If you post in community spaces or publish content, that content is stored and shown to other members according to the privacy settings you choose.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful — aggregated counts of visits, not profiles of individuals. Authentication is handled by our session provider; third-party embeds, where present (for example video players), are loaded only when you interact with them.
Sharing and retention
We share personal data only with service providers that operate the platform (hosting, database, email delivery) and only as needed to provide the service. We retain account data while your account exists; deleting your account removes your personal profile, and residual backups are purged on our provider's normal rotation schedule.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Because private guidance conversations are sensitive by design, they receive the same protection as the rest of your data: they are never published or shared. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels listed on our contact page.
